At first glance, you might think that the spaces might be too small, but do not worry because each condo unit is designed to make the most efficient use of the space.

Let us first take a look at the studio-type unit. The studio units measure between 21 to 23 square meters each. Such might seem small but the floor plan and features of the room actually make the best use of such a small space. Take the sleeping area, for example. The bed frame is elevated, like a bunk bed. However, below the bed are built-in cabinets where the occupant can store his clothes and other belongings. Beside the cabinets is a full-sized desk that your kids can use to study and work on their homework assignments.

Because the cabinets, bed, and study desk are all just one piece, it leaves plenty of space for a living room area and a dining room.
